The Toy Coach Showcase — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a spot in The Toy Coach Showcase at ASTRA 2026, you agree to the following terms.
WHAT YOU'RE PURCHASING
A spot in The Toy Coach Showcase, a shared, professionally designed 10x20 booth at ASTRA Marketplace & Academy 2026 in Milwaukee, WI (June 5-8, 2026). Your purchase includes booth placement, booth design and graphics, on-site product positioning, guided buyer conversations, real-time coaching on the show floor, and a post-show debrief.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Full Price: $4,000
TCA Alumni Pricing: TCA alumni are eligible for a $1,000 discount, applied via coupon code at checkout. Alumni pricing is reserved for past clients of The Toy Coach Academy and is verified at the time of purchase.
Payment Options:
- Pay in Full at the time of purchase
- Payment Plan: 4 installments. Your first installment serves as your deposit and secures your spot. All remaining installments must be completed before the show.
DEPOSITS & SECURING YOUR SPOT
Your deposit (first payment) secures your spot in the Showcase. Spots are limited to 6 participants and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is not confirmed until your deposit payment has been received and processed.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you need to cancel your participation:
- Your deposit is non-refundable. This covers booth planning, design, and logistics costs that begin as soon as your spot is confirmed.
- Any payments made beyond the deposit are refundable upon cancellation.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Shipment & Delivery: You are responsible for ensuring your products arrive for the Showcase. You may either:
- Ship your products to the designated hotel provided by The Toy Coach, arriving no later than June 4, 2026, OR
- Bring your products with you in person
Specific shipping instructions (hotel address, labeling, etc.) will be provided after your spot is confirmed. The Toy Coach is not responsible for products that are lost, damaged, or delayed in shipping.
Show Participation: You are expected to be present and participate during the show. This is a done-with-you experience, not a drop-off service. You will be coached and supported, but your presence on the show floor is part of what makes this work. If you truly cannot attend, please reach out to info@thetoycoach.com to discuss prior to purchasing.
Travel & Accommodations: You are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and meals. These are not included in the Showcase investment.
NO GUARANTEES
The Toy Coach Showcase is an educational and experiential opportunity. While past participants have achieved meaningful results, including wholesale sales, retailer relationships, and long-term brand growth, individual outcomes vary. The Toy Coach does not guarantee any specific sales, orders, or retailer partnerships as a result of participation. Your results depend on your product, your preparation, and your effort.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
The Showcase is limited to 6 spots per show. Once all spots are filled, a waitlist may be offered at The Toy Coach's discretion.
CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
The Toy Coach reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to booth layout, positioning, and logistics to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. In the unlikely event that ASTRA 2026 is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer, The Toy Coach will work with participants to find a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund or transfer to a future event.
