Sell Your Products Using Amazon Live
Amazon launched an entirely new way to sell products called Amazon Live. In this episode, I’ll walk you through who it’s for, why it works, and how it can help promote and sell your toy or game.
Amazon Live is Amazon.com’s live streaming feature that allows Amazon sellers, vendors, and Amazon influencers to sell their products live in a YouTube-meets-QVC-style viewing experience.
If you currently sell your product on Amazon, and you have an Amazon seller’s account, you can download the Amazon Live Creator App and start live streaming content about your product. But like any social media platform the true challenge is getting eyeballs on your content. And that’s where the benefit of working with Amazon-verified influencers comes in.
Amazon Live video is an interactive product commercial. The show’s host, whether it’s an Amazon influencer or the product’s manufacturer, can interact with the live attendees of their show via Chat. This offers a unique opportunity to answer product questions and concerns in real-time, while showing the benefits, features, and value of your product on the exact platform where your ideal target market (ITM) is shopping for them.
What Amazon Live tries to do is knock out the competition. It’s the competition for attention, convenience, purchase reservations, and even knock-offs. During an Amazon live video, you can highlight your product directly on the platform where your ITM is most comfortable shopping.
Once you download the App, you’re just 5 steps away from selling your product live.
here are the 5 steps to SETTING UP AN AMAZON LIVE:
1. Create a thumbnail for your live stream. Your thumbnail should immediately explain what your show will be about. It should be easy to read when it’s very small and it should demonstrate something enticing that will resonate with your ideal target customer.
2. Choose the products you want to feature in your Amazon Live video. If you have items currently registered for sale on Amazon.com, Amazon will show you those items first.
3. Name your livestream and when you do this step, think about keywords. What will consumers be searching? What will catch their eye?
4. Choose your start time. This will determine when Amazon places your livestream in their public “upcoming” livestream gallery.
5. Share your livestream outside of Amazon to grow your audience.
Now, I know what you are thinking, “I don’t need any more work to do! Help me, Azhelle!”
I can help make this process easier and successful for you!
